Editorials |
Using masks makes sense After the council voted 4-4 to waive the first reading of a proposed ordinance July 7, Mayor Lou Cicirello cast the deciding vote to kill it. The proposal could have been resurrected with a two-step vote, but no one on the council attempted such a motion, essentially letting it die.
