VYRNON SLABY Last Updated: January 29, 2015 Vyrnon Edward Slaby, 80, died Jan. 17, 2015. He was a retired Beechcraft International sales representative. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Mabel Slaby; and sister, Darla Spencer. Survivors include his wife, Chris Slaby of Bel Aire; sons, Derek of Salina and Sean of Wichita; brothers, Donne of Naperville, Ill., and Bryce of Castle Rock, Colo. Funeral service was Jan. 26 at Downing & Lahey Mortuary East. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with the Alzheimer's Association, Central & Western Kansas Chapter, 1820 East Douglas Ave., Wichita KS 67214 and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita KS 67202. |
