Chaparral, Valley Center, and legally described as: LOT 5 BLOCK 2 WILDWOOD ADDITION, Sedgwick County, Kansas, and have been determined by the Valley Center Compliance Officer to be a nuisance within the definition of the Valley Center Municipal Code Section 7.04.020 and must be abated. This is your legal notice that failure to abate this nuisance and the conditions aforestated on or before five (5) days after this publication, will result in the abatement of said nuisance by the City of Valley Center, the cost of which will be levied against the aforedescribed real property in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Valley Center.
