Aug. 17 — Cecilya Maxine Webber, Wichita, was arrested at 15000 W. 53rd North on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to appear in court and on a hold for another agency.

Aug. 17 — Devon Tyler Turley, Sedgwick, was arrested at 9600 N. Meridian on a charge of DUI.

Aug. 17 — Carl Lee Starbuck, Wichita, was arrested at 18300 W. 53rd North on a charge of DUI.

Aug. 16 — Andrew James Ramsey, 6354 E. Parkview, Park City, was arrested in Wichita on a charge of probation violation.

Aug. 16 — Philip Lee Bogard, 4310 N. Janesville, Bel Aire, was arrested on K-15 on a charge of DUI.

Aug. 16 — Lucinda Kaye Roberts, 1237 E. Beaumont, Park City, was arrested in Wichita on charges of battery of a law enforcement officer, DUI, conspiracy to possess controlled substances and unlawful possession of controlled substances.

Aug. 16 — A suspicious character was reported at 7515 N. 151st West.

Aug. 15 — Mark Allen McCray, 5310 N. Athenian, was arrested at 5310 N. Athenian on charges of contempt of court, unlawful possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and battery of a law enforcement officer.

Aug. 15 — Santos G. Corral, 6130 N. Judson, Park City, was arrested in Wichita on a charge of probation violation and on a hold for another agency.

Aug. 15 — Manuel Lee Trotter, Kechi, was arrested in Kechi on a charge of failure to appear in court.

Aug. 15 — Jan Margarett Garrison, Kechi, was arrested in Kechi on a charge of failure to appear in court.

Aug. 15 — A vehicle driven by Rebecca Lea Birdsell left the road and hydroplaned in the 7700 block of North 71st West. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 15 — A two-vehicle wreck was reported at 101st North and Broadway. A driver was injured.

Aug. 13 — Leah Dawn Moore, 610 E. 61st North, Park City, was arrested at 610 E. 61st North on a charge of domestic battery.

Aug. 13 — Jay Allen Ray, 610 E. 61st North, Park City, was arrested at 610 E. 61st North on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Aug. 13 — A theft was reported at 9750 N. 39th West.

Aug. 13 — A theft was reported at 5800 N. 143rd East.

Aug. 11 — Jerome Everett Doby, 2426 E. Gary, Park City, was arrested at 2426 E. Gary on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Aug. 11 — Miguel Angel Fuentes-Munoz, Wichita, was arrested at 9900 N. Ridge on charges of DUI and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Aug. 11 — Criminal damage to property was reported at 1400 E. 45th North.

Aug. 11 — A two-vehicle wreck was reported at 11500 W. 109th North. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 11 — A vehicle driven by Kimberly Christina Wilson went out of control and entered a ditch in the 6000 block of North West. Wilson was taken to the hospital with a possible neck injury.
