Subsequently published Aug. 29 and Sept. 5, 2013) NOTICE OF HEARING THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Arnetta Crawford, one of the heirs of Harvie V. Gilkey and Atha Mae Gilkey, both of whom are deceased, praying Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Sedgwick County, Kansas: W. 65 feet of Lots 55 and 57 on New York Avenue in Spring Grove Second Addition to Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas, commonly known as 1662 New York, Wichita, KS 67214. In that such real estate owned by the decedents at the time of the death of Atha Mae Gilkey be assigned pursuant to the laws on intestate succession. You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before September 18, 2013 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the City of Wichita, Sedgwick County Kansas, at which time the petition shall be heard by the Chief Judge of the Probate Division of the District Court. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in the course upon the Petition.
