Jim Sparks, of 1225 E. 61st Street North, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception to permit the establishment of mower repair on property zoned as the R-2 Single Family Residential District. You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter.
