City of Park City OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 16, 2013, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Park City, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 6110 North Hydraulic Avenue, Park City, Kansas. Case No. BZA-CU-2013-02. Jim Sparks, of 1225 E. 61st Street North, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception to permit the establishment of mower repair on property zoned as the R-2 Single Family Residential District. Legal description: KEPC1559. Lot 33, Block 9, Forsees 1st Addition, Park City, Kansas General location: 1225 E. 61st Street North. You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
