Alumni step up to help students
The group's annual banquet drew 207 alumni and guests last weekend. While the number isn't huge and the turnout hasn't fluctuated much over the years, it speaks well of the association's efforts to provide a common time and place for all VCHS graduates — no matter their class — to gather each year.

Alumni reunion banquet another success Ron Black
That was especially true of this year's 50th-year class of 1968, with 51 alumni and spouses attending. Sounds like a party to me. But the class of 1958 — that's 60 years — had 15 members, and the class of 1948 (70 years) had eight alumni attending. So, there was plenty of good times all around.
