Bel Aire to let Sunrise use fields for free again Taylor Messick Bel Aire's city council voted in February to start charging Sunrise Christian Academy for use of the baseball fields at the Bel Aire Recreation Center. On March 6, the council, which has all but one new member, voted to undo that decision.
