Community, council seek transparency in billing controversy Taylor Messick
    On June 7, nearly 40 community members attended a city council meeting and expressed displeasure with the governing body's course of action in dealing with the over-charges. Many of those community members lined up to present and support a petition calling for the resignation of council member Betty Martine.
