Woman arrested after throwing groceries in parking lot Chris Strunk Police were called to an apartment at 123 S. Colby late Aug. 8 where a loud disturbance involving three apparently intoxicated individuals was taking place. Officers determined that the disturbance was verbal only. A woman was taken to ComCare to be evaluated after threatening to hurt herself and everyone else, officers said.
