    Jack Oran Garvey, 83, of Bentley, died June 4, 2015. He was a retired Cessna Aircraft welder.

    Raymond ‘Craig' Sharer, 64, Valley Center, died June 4, 2015. He was a carpenter.

    Robert Harry Broadfoot, 88, Newton, died June 6, 2015. He had worked for John Deere and was retired after 27 years from the Boy Scouts of America as district executive of the Quivira Scout Council.

    Terry Lee David, 72, died June 7, 2015. He was an auto and truck generator and starter rebuilder.

    Around 8:30 a.m. June 2, Park City and Valley Center police responded to a two-vehicle wreck with injuries at 85th North and Broadway. Both drivers refused EMS treatment.

Park City moves to cover police mobile video equipment from repair costs   David Dinell
    Members of the Park City City Council want to ensure that an expenditure of $48,000 for mobile video equipment for the city's police department is protected. In that regard, they approved spending $9,105 from the Special Drug and Alcohol Fund to purchase extended warranties on the equipment at their June 9 meeting.
