    The Bel Aire City Council approved a quote of $7,200 from Tobin Rupe for what is called an “entry monument" to be installed at the northwest corner of 37th North and Woodlawn. That's in front of the Chisholm Trail State Bank.

Committee to choose architect for community center Chris Strunk
    Valley Center City Council member Marci Maschino said Jan. 20 that a committee working on the community center is scheduled to interview four architectural firms Jan. 22 to pick an architect for the project.
Construction begins on ‘first-class’ golf course Chris Strunk
    Construction of the course will start immediately. The facility will be owned by the rec commission and paid for with funds the VCRC has saved over the years for capital improvement projects.
