I would like to personally thank the three sponsors of the Valley Center High SAFE (Seatbelts Are For Everyone) program — Bob Kellet Insurance Agency, Halstead Bank and The Ark Valley News. Thanks to the sponsors, the program was a huge success and the safety of the high school students at Valley Center has increased with more seatbelts being worn.
