Police reports

Feb. 14 — Officers Scott Hamlin, Austin Hart and John Schoen assisted EMS at 500 E. Ford.

Feb. 14 — Officers Scott Hamlin, Austin Hart and John Schoen and Sgt. J.C. Kirk tried to locate a reported fire at 9800 N. Broadway but were unsuccessful.

Feb. 14 — Sgt. J.C. Kirk assisted a motorist at 2800 E. Ford.

Feb. 13 — Officers Erik Nygaard and Eric Leeker and Sgt. Michael Gordon assisted Park City police by searching the area of 77th North and Broadway for a reported wrong-way driver but found no one.  

Feb. 13 — Officers Erik Nygaard and Eric Leeker and Sgt. Michael Gordon responded to a disturbance at 69th North and Clarence. Nothing was found.

Feb. 13 — Officer Jerry Ezell stopped a motorist failing to maintain a lane at Meridian and Industrial. He arrested Erica Mendoza on a charge of DUI.

Feb. 12 — Officer Liliana Garcia stopped a motorist at 400 E. Elm after receiving a report of a possibly intoxicated driver. She arrested the motorist on a charge of DUI.

Feb. 12 — Officer Liliana Garcia responded to 6703 N. Interurban for a welfare check. Leeker's Pharmacy asked for the welfare check of a man after being unable to reach him. He was OK.

Feb. 11 — Officer Jeremy Manning followed up at 6703 N. Interurban by assisting an individual with retrieving property from a towed vehicle.  

Feb. 11 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to 244 E. Allen after a neighbor reported an odor of cannabis. No one answered the door.  

Feb. 11 — Officer Jeremy Manning responded to a non-injury auto accident at 8110 N. Seneca.

Feb. 11 — Officer Erik Nygaard and Sgt. Michael Gordon assisted the Sedgwick County sheriff with a traffic stop at 1700 E. 77th North.  

Feb. 11 — Officer Erik Nygaard and Sgt. Michael Gordon responded to 308 N. Burns where a male was reportedly seen riding a dirt bike in the street. No one was not found.  

Feb. 10 — Officers Erik Nygaard and Austin Hart and Sgts. J.C. Kirk and Michael Gordon responded to 6703 N. Interurban for the theft of a purse and its contents. They arrested Laura Johnson and Stacy Hall, who were staying there temporarily, for Missouri warrants. The suspect were also found to be in possession of methamphetamines, paraphernalia and the stolen purse and its contents.

Feb. 10 — Officers John Schoen and Jerry Ezell responded to an alarm at 142 S. Meridian. It was false.  

Feb. 10 — Officer John Schoen saw an open gate at Valley Center Middle School. He checked the area and everything appeared to be OK.  

Feb. 9 — Officers Austin Hart and Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk responded to 300 S. Miles for a door-to-door salesman. The salesman was warned about soliciting in the city without a permit.  

Feb. 9 — Officers Austin Hart and Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk responded to Valley Center Middle School, 800 N. Meridian, where a juvenile male and his mother reported that the juvenile was the victim of a battery.

Feb. 9 — Officers Austin Hart and Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk responded to a hit-and-run at 805 S. Abilene.

Feb. 8 — Officers Rasheed Berry, Jeremy Manning and Ceara Metzger responded to criminal damage to property at 230 E. Main. The owner of the bar said a known individual threw a beer bottle through the front window of the business and caused at least $500 in damage. A phone belonging to the suspect's girlfriend was found at the scene.

Feb. 8 — Officers Rasheed Berry, Jeremy Manning and Ceara Metzger responded to a non-injury auto accident at 69th North and Meridian.  

Feb. 8 — Officers Austin Hart and Scott Hamlin served subpoenas in Valley Center.

Feb. 14 — 510 E. Ford, No. 201, sick.

Feb. 14 — 119th West and 101st North, unknown fire.

Feb. 14 — 3 N. High Point, difficulty breathing.

Feb. 13 — 515 W. Main, assist resident.

Feb. 12 — 3 N. High Point, assist resident.

Feb. 11 — Fifth and Main, man down.

Feb. 10 — 547 W. First, assist resident.

Feb. 10 — 9 Weatherly Court, fall.

Feb. 10 — 400 W. 93rd North, fall.

Feb. 9 — 716 E. Dover, chest pain.

Feb. 9 — 11500 N. I-135, injury auto accident.

Feb. 9 — 501 E. 63rd North, No. 154, house fire.

Feb. 9 — 1101 S. Meridian, open field permit.

Feb. 7 — 209 N. Park, Apt. 6, heart problems.

Feb. 7 — 93rd North and West, person locked in vehicle.
