Kirk responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of West First. A male was transported to COMCARE. July 26 Officer Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk assisted Park City police with a report of a burglary in-progress in the 200 block of West 53rd North. July 25 Officer Liliana Garcia confirmed a warrant to the Riley County Jail for Jason R. Cartwright. July 25 Officer Liliana Garcia responded to a non-injury auto accident at Meridian and Allen. July 25 Officer Liliana Garcia assisted the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office with a domestic violence call at 53rd North and Meridian. July 25 Officer Jerry Ezell stopped a motorist for a traffic violation at Fifth and Broadway. He arrested Terrell Smith for two Wichita warrants and on a charge of driving with a revoked license. July 25 Officer Jerry Ezell stopped a motorist for speeding at 110 E. Fifth. He arrested David Martinez on charges of DUI, no proof on insurance, driving with a suspended license and transporting an open container of alcohol. July 24 Officer Jerry Ezell returned property that was found in the 100 block of South Stoneridge. July 24 Officer Erik Nygaard confirmed a warrant to the Sedgwick County jail for Donald Tucker, who had been arrested by Wichita police. July 24 Officer Jerry Ezell stopped a motorist for a traffic violation at 536 W. Main. He arrested Trisha Rey on a charge of DUI. During a search, she admitted to having marijuana in her purse. July 23 Officer Liliana Garcia responded to a parking violation at 114 N. Burns. July 23 Officer Erik Nygaard took received an air compressor found in the middle of the road at Fifth and Birch. July 23 Officer Erik Nygaard responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of West Ness. A juvenile was transported to St. Joseph. He issued a Uniform Criminal Complaint for possession of marijuana to a juvenile passenger, who was then released to a parent. He arrested Gage Largent for a Wichita warrant and on charges of driving with a suspended license and no proof insurance. July 22 Officers Rasheed Berry, Liliana Garcia, Ceara Metzger and Eric Leeker responded to harassment at 733 N. Redbud. A female reported that another female was repeatedly messaging her. July 22 Officers Jerry Ezell and Jeremy Manning responded twice to a business alarm at 225 S. Meridian. They were both false, and the owner was notified. July 22 Officers Jerry Ezell and Jeremy Manning responded to a deer-vs.-vehicle accident at Interurban and West Sanborn. July 21 Sgt. Michael Gordon and Capt. Matt Vogt responded to suspicious activity at 737 N. Meridian. They removed a man who had been sleeping on school district property and had reportedly urinated in the front lawn. He refused an offer of help and left. July 21 Officer Ceara Metzger and Sgt. Michael Gordon responded to the 500 block of West Ness. A juvenile runaway had returned home and was taken to Wichita Children's Home after being medically cleared at a hospital. July 21 Officer Ceara Metzger and Sgt. Michael Gordon responded to Main and Sheridan to check the welfare of the same man from an earlier call at the intermediate school. He was OK and was given some food. July 21 Officer Ceara Metzger and Sgt. Michael Gordon responded to a disturbance involving three people at McLaughlin Park. July 21 Officer Scott Hamlin and Sgt. J.C. Kirk assisted a resident at the station. A man said his vehicle was struck by another vehicle in the Kwik Shop parking lot, and the driver was dodging his calls for insurance information. July 20 Officer Rasheed Berry responded to a report of fraud at 110 E. Fifth. A manager said a female wrote bad checks on July 19 and July 20 in the amounts of $97.18 and $101.64. July 20 Officer Scott Hamlin responded to 130 S. Meridian where an unknown male was stealing quarters from the coin machine. July 20 Officer Scott Hamlin responded to suspicious activity at 318 S. Meridian. The owner reported a male, who appeared to be homeless, was in the parking lot at night. The male was given a trespass warning. Fire calls July 26 124 E. Third, difficulty breathing.
