Dec. 2 Officer Rasheed Berry responded to an animal at-large at Main and Meridian. A cat kept walking onto the road but ran when approached.
Dec. 2 Officer Scott Hamlin provided a woman at 112 W. Fourth with information about a civil matter between her and her ex-husband.
Dec. 1 Officer Eric Leeker responded to a reported vehicle burglary at 431 W. Third. An unlocked pickup truck was burglarized. Missing were two rifles, a shotgun, a bow and $250 cash. Total loss was $1,300.
Dec. 1 Officer Eric Leeker responded to a reported vehicle burglary at 424 W. Third. An unlocked car was burglarized. Missing was a laptop and a Verizon hot spot. Total loss was $1,600.
Dec. 1 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to a suspicious person at the Pizza Hut, 414 S. Meridian. A motorist was reportedly taking pictures of the employees inside. The vehicle was not located.
Dec. 1 Officer Jerry Ezell checked the Community Center at 314 E Clay. Everything was in order.
Dec. 1 Officer Jerry Ezell checked the businesses along Main Street. They were locked and in order.
Dec. 1 Officer Jerry Ezell assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with an alarm in the 4900 block of West 69th North. It was false.
Dec. 1 Sgt. Jason Easley assisted Wichita police with a recovered vehicle.
Nov. 30 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to a non-injury accident at 300 S. Meridian.
Nov. 30 Officer Jerry Ezell stopped a vehicle for an expired tag in the 1200 block of East Ford. The tag did not belong to the vehicle. The vehicle owner said he did not know where the tag came from.
Nov. 30 Officers Eric Leeker, Erik Nygaard and K-9 Max stopped a motorist for a traffic violation. After K-9 Max was alerted, the vehicle was searched and drug paraphernalia was found in a purse. Officers arrested the driver, Ryan Prentice, for a Wichita warrant. They arrested the passenger, Randi Prentice, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia
Nov. 30 Officer Eric Leeker and Sgt. Matt Vogt responded to a domestic disturbance at 705 N. Redbud. Leeker found a marijuana grinder and a small amount of marijuana in the home. He also saw marijuana on the center console of the vehicle with a faint odor of raw marijuana coming from it. The car was searched and an ounce of marijuana was found along with THC wax, shatter, cannabis oil and a scale. Jose Wheeler Jr. was arrested for possession of a hallucinogenic drug and paraphernalia.

Nov. 28 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to a burglary in-progress at 322 N. Dexter. He found two juvenile males and took them into custody. They were trespassed by the homeowner and released to their parents.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell took a report at Fifth and Hickory from a resident who found a cellphone on the sidewalk.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell assisted Sedgwick County sheriff with serving a protection-from-abuse order at 6802 W. Glenda.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell assisted Park City police by providing traffic control at 6642 N. Hydraulic for a multi-vehicle accident.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to 932 N. Redbud Court. The calling party was concerned about two dogs outside in the cold all day. When Ezell arrived, the dogs were already inside the house.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to 802 W. Longview Court and arrested Mason Ganoung for warrants from Wichita and Valley Center.
Nov. 26 Officer Jerry Ezell responded to 636 N. Meeds. The calling party said she was supposed to have a package delivered but someone took it off her front porch. Ezell found the package at a neighbor's house across the street and delivered it to the calling party.
