Valley issues new home permits

The City of Valley Center issued 14 building permits during June for a total valuation of $722,088. Of that number, four were for new homes and one was for a new swimming pool.

The permits are listed by date they were issued, address, type of work and valuation:

•June 1, 300 N. Colby, siding; •June 4, 210 S. Stoneridge, new residence, $161,475; •June 4, 310 S. Stoneridge, new residence, $129,275; •June 6, 141 S. Stoneridge, new residence, $146,875; •June 6, 401 Fieldstone, roofing, $9,649; •June 13, 421 W. Fourth, bathroom/bedroom drywall replace; •June 14, 224 Fieldstone, siding, $7,000; •June 14, 300 Elm, roofing, $5,500; •June 15, 526 N. Backwoods Court, swimming pool, $55,000; •June 20, 646 N. Redbud Court, new residence, $178,000; •June 20, 556 N. Meridian, building remodel, $8,400; •June 20, 130 N. Park, roofing, $1,440; •June 26, 1144 N. Longview Drive, roofing, $5,978; •June 29, 422 W. Fourth, roofing, $3,800.
