Southeast wins January Jam tournament Last Updated: January 25, 2018 Wichita Southeast grabbed a late lead and held on for a 77-76 victory in the Valley Center January Jam basketball tournament Jan. 20. The Buffaloes got 38 points from Isreal Barnes (31 in the second half) in his best game of the tournament. Trailing 75-71 with 1:45 left in the game, Barnes scored Southeast's final six points. The go-ahead bucket came off a Voshun Webb steal of a Topeka Seaman inbounds pass. Southeast won the tournament for the second time in three years.
