Park City issues 16 building permits

The City of Park City issued 16 building permits during September for a total valuation of $7,092,966.75. Of that number, four were for new home or new duplex construction. Permits are listed by date they were issued, address, type of work and valuation:

•Sept. 1, 1338 Frontenac, reroof, $1,500; •Sept. 6, 8852 Saddlebrook Court, new home, $215,000; •Sept. 7, 1539 Prairie Hill, new covered deck, $26,760; •Sept. 8, 5055 Irving, reroof, $7,000; •Sept. 11, 5225 Lakewood Hills Blvd., new home, $598,500; •Sept. 12, 2115 Meadow Hill, new duplex, $100,000; •Sept. 12, 6458 W. Parkview, replace siding/windows, $2,500; •Sept. 12, 2117 Meadow Hill, new duplex, $100,000; •Sept. 13, 1821 Frontenac, replace siding, $500; •Sept. 13, 434 E. 61st North, reroof, $4,391.85; •Sept. 19, 1301 Evanston, replace carport roof, $300; •Sept. 19, 812 E. 69th North, new commercial warehouse, $6,000,000; •Sept. 25, 5 Sequoya Drive, new manufacture home, $10,900; •Sept. 26, 6453 Upchurch Circle, new raised deck, $1,500; •Sept. 27, 5101 Lakewood Hills Blvd., new cabana, $18,000; •Sept. 27, 6745 Tarrytown, reroof, $6,114.90.
