On Sept. 7, a Park City police officer responded to a suspicious character report in the 6900 block of North Wendell in Park City. The officer contacted a citizen after a neighbor reported the citizen was kicking his dog. The citizen advised that he disciplined the dog, but did not injure it. The dog appeared to be uninjured.
